Paula Gleicher began her Real Estate Mortgage career in 2002 after spending many years in the Broadcast Equipment Manufacturing Industry as a Product Manager. She began providing mortgage services to the clients of the accounting practice owned and operated by Joe Greenstreet. In 2003, she obtained her Real Estate Broker License and merged her mortgage practice with the accounting practice to form BroadStreet Financial Group.

Paula received her Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems and Business Administration from Bryant University and her MBA from University of Phoenix. Paula is also licensed by CTEC as an Income Tax Preparer and is a Notary Public. She is active in American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life of Nevada County, is Vice President of Education for Empire Toastmasters Club, and Past President of Early Risers Toastmasters Club.

Andrea Mason has been with BroadStreet Financial Group since its inception in 2004. Andrea began working in her father’s accounting office at the age of 18 and became certified by CTEC in Income Tax Preparation after joining BroadStreet Financial Group. She has grown into the role of Quality Control Supervisor. Andrea is also a trained Loan Processor.

Andrea received her Associate of Arts Degree from Sierra College. She is currently attending University of Phoenix, expects to have her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting by September 2009, and will then become a CPA Candidate.

Stephanie Carnes, our Office Administrator, recently joined BroadStreet Financial Group. Her voice is the warm, friendly voice you hear on the phone. Stephanie has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from University of California at Sacramento and expects to start Law School in September 2009. Stephanie is active with Rotaract of Nevada County and is an American Cancer Society Advocate.

Andy Heymann, our Senior Tax Preparer joined BroadStreet Financial Group in 2004. After retiring as an engineer in the Aerospace Industry, Andy received his CTEC certification in Income Tax Preparation. He volunteered with the Internal Revenue Services’s VITA/TCE Tax-Aide program for 4 years.

Andy has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
